This blog post shows how to easily create a moveable, resizable, lockable and closable Window inside the Unreal Engine 4.
The Process to create Windows from scratch is tedious. The Window needs to be moveable, but should not fall off the screen, the selected Window should always be in front, and the other Windows should stay behind. Of course, the Window should also be able to hold content. To keep things simple, this Post uses the Simply Window Plugin.

Create a Window with one Blueprint Node

Use the Create Simply Window Blueprint to create the Window. Window Class is the Window itself. You can choose between the following:

WP_Skin*_DefaultWindow
This window is closeable and can be dragged.
WP_Skin*_LockableWindow
This window is closeable, lockable, resizable and draggable.

You can choose between three different styles (Skin1 - Skin3).

You can select the Size of the window as well as, whether the Window should be Draggable or not.
The Content of the Window is the Widget that you want to show inside the Window. This can basically be any Widget you want. Make sure to use the Unreal Engine's built in Responsive tool in case you want the widget to be resizable.

Custom Skins - The Windows are easily customizable
To create a custom Window, copy an existing Window Skin. After opening, it's like a standard Widget. Just customize it to match the style of your project.

Confirmation Window and Information Window
There are two premade Windows to use.

Used the nodes as shown.

On Confirm
This is executed when the user presses the "yes" button.
On Abort
This is executed when the user aborts by pressing the "no" button.

Of course, you can customize those Windows as you want as well.

You can get the Plugin here. To install it, simply drag and drop the extracted SimplyWindow folder to your Project/Plugins.
For example, if your projectname is Blue, drag and drop the folder to Blue/Plugins.
If no such folder exists, simply create one. After starting your project again, you can see the Plugin listed unter Plugins->UI.
